Regional Manager (Eastern Region)
Le Chéile Mentoring is a national organisation which works to make positive changes in the lives of young people who offend and their families, through the provision of Mentoring, Family Support and Restorative Justice Services. We provide tailored and flexible services with young people at the core. We work in partnership with the Probation Service and other agencies to reduce the level of crime in the community.
Regional Manager Role
The Regional Manager ensures that services are being delivered to the highest possible standard in their region, consistent with Le Chéile strategy, policy and procedures; that staff are supported and supervised effectively; that KPI’s are being met on a consistent basis; that the organisation is positively promoted both internally to staff and volunteers and externally to stakeholders. The Regional Manager will play a key role in the overall management and strategic development of Le Chéile.
Location: 24 Tivoli Terrace South, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. Plus travel
Salary: 55-66,000k commensurate with experience and qualifications
Annual Leave: 26 days per annum (increasing to a max of 30)
