Annual Report 2010 Launched

We’re delighted to launch Le Chéile’s Annual Report for 2010.  It’s been a busy year for all at Le Chéile, and we’re pleased to note that our achievements this year include:

  • An increase of 50% in the number of young people and parents worked with from 2009
  • The successful piloting of our Restorative Justice Initiative in Limerick for Young People involved with the Probation Service.
  • The development of an Outcomes Measurement tool which allows us to track and measure the impact of Youth Mentoring on young people.
  • The provision of Youth Mentoring to 149 Young People around the country.
  • The provision of Parent Mentoring to 45 Parents around the country.
  • The recruitment of 55 new volunteers, bringing our total number of volunteers to over 200.
  • The production of a training and information DVD for prospective volunteers, judges and Probation Officers.
  • The redesign of our website to include information on our new services
