Le Chéile is looking for men and women to volunteer with young people aged between 12 and 18 in our Youth Mentoring and Restorative Justice Projects. The young people we work with are to some level involved in the Irish Youth Justice System. As a volunteer you will be supporting young people and helping them identify and develop their own skills, while improving their confidence, motivation and stress management skills, all through a positive peer relationship.
We’re also looking for Parent Mentors to support parents of young people involved with the Justice system. As a Volunteer, your support and guidance can make a real difference in the lives of these young people.
If this is of interest to young, please contact Mentor Co-ordinator, Alan Quinn on 086 7966440 or Mary Henihan (RJ Project co-ordinator) on 087 0678336
