We extend our heartfelt gratitude to James Doorley and Anne Conroy, who stepped down in 2025 as Chairperson of the Board and CEO, respectively. James has been an invaluable leader, guiding Le Chéile Mentoring with wisdom, integrity, and dedication. At the same time, Anne’s twelve years of vision and commitment have left a lasting legacy that strengthened our services and deepened our impact. Their leadership has shaped an organisation rooted in compassion, excellence, and belief in change. On behalf of the entire Le Chéile Mentoring community—board, staff, volunteers, young people, and families—we extend our sincere thanks to them for their extraordinary service.

At the same time, we are delighted to welcome Carin Bryans as Chairperson and Dr. Catherine Bond as Vice Chairperson of the Board. Both bring a wealth of experience, insight, and passion for Le Chéile Mentoring’s mission. As we look to the future, we are confident that their leadership will guide us through the next chapter with strength and vision, ensuring we continue to inspire hope and empower young people and families across Ireland.
