Le Chéile’s new strategy for 2020 to 2023 was signed off by the Board.

It sets out the key goals and commitments of the organisation for the next four years. The strategy was developed after an extensive consultation process with young people, volunteers, staff within Le Chéile Mentoring, as well as consultation with the Probation Service and key agencies with whom we work.

Our new slogan ‘Inspiring hope, believing in change’ sums up our commitment and belief that all young people have a right to develop to their full potential.
